Exchanges:

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different one, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in arranging the exchange, and if there’s a price difference, we’ll adjust accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately. We will offer a replacement or full refund, and we may ask for pictures of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable, such as customized or personalized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.
